5S Weekly Progress Checklist

A4 Laminated Sheet with assesment criteria and weekly 5S implementation progress chart.

This weekly progress chart has been designed by our own team to provide an easy to use tool for evaluating the current status of a work area from a visual management perspective. There are 20 criteria to which you allocate a score from 1 (zero progress) through to 5 (the area is a 5S showcase and the visual management culture is fully institutionalised). By placing these charts in each work area and score the area on a weekly basis, marking the result on the progress chart, you create a visual indicator of your 5S program progress.
